Machine Setup/Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Set up, adjust, and operate assigned production machinery
- Read and follow job orders, measurements, and specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Load materials and ensure proper machine operation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Machine Setup/Operator Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous machine setup or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and use basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
