Powder Coat Associate – Paint Line Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughTuesday from 03:00pm to01:00am )
- Hang, prep, and remove metal parts on the powder coat line
- Apply powder coating according to specifications
- Inspect coated products for quality, coverage, and defects
- Assist with touch-ups, rework, or adjustments as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the paint area
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Work with team members to meet production goals
Powder Coat Associate – Paint Line Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Prior powder coat or paint line experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep pace with production
- Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
