Swiss Lathe Operator
Are you an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist looking for a stable job? We have all shifts available! We’re partnering with a top local manufacturer seeking operators and set-up technicians who have recent, hands-on Swiss CNC experience. If you thrive in a precision-driven environment, we want to talk to you! Pay is ranging from $20-35 depending on experience.
1st shift: Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM
2nd shift: Mon-Fri 2PM-10:30PM
3rd shift: Sun-Thurs 10PM-6:30AM

Swiss Lathe Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to10:00pm )
Swiss Operators:
- Operate Swiss-style CNC machines to produce high-precision components
- Load/unload parts, monitor tool wear, and make basic adjustments
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Swiss Set ups:
- Set up and tear down Swiss CNC equipment for new and repeat jobs
- Change tooling, adjust offsets, and verify programs prior to production
- Perform first-piece inspections and make corrective adjustments
- Troubleshoot machining issues to ensure optimal performance
- Work with engineering/leadership on process improvements
Swiss Lathe Operator Qualifications:
- Recent experience running or setting up Swiss CNC machines (required)
- Ability to read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and follow strict quality standards
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
