Production Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- MIG weld metal components to build high-quality trailers
- Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan welds
- Set up and align components using fixtures, clamps, tape measures, and levels
- Prepare parts using angle grinders and other tools
- Weld in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
- Fill gaps and ensure strong, clean welds that meet quality standards
- Work as part of a production team and follow supervisor direction
Production Welder Qualifications:
- 2 years on-the-job MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow blueprints
- Comfortable lifting 50–70 lbs consistently
- Production or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
