Lead Installer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up and dismantle pumps, tanks, filters, and piping for temporary liquid-handling projects.
- Lead and mentor a field installation team, assign duties, and monitor work quality.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards; conduct on-site safety inspections.
- Operate forklifts, trucks, and hand tools to move and position heavy equipment.
- Perform field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on pumps and related equipment.
Lead Installer Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience with mechanical, construction, industrial, or field installation work.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other materialhandling equipment (certifications a plus).
- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel to job sites as required.
