Assembler 2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
In this role, you will assemble components using hand and power tools, operate equipment such as stackers and forklifts, and ensure all finished materials are properly staged, labeled, and banded. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Assemble components according to instructions and work orders.
- Use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, hammers) and power tools (drills, riveters, screw guns).
- .Utilize screw guns to sink screws accurately and efficiently.
- Catch, stage, and label material as it comes off the line.
- Operate a stand-up automated stacker or stack materials by hand when the weight allows.
- Band and finish goods according to company standards.
- Operate a forklift as needed (training provided if required).
- Ensure proper alignment, fit, and function of all assembled parts.
Assembler 2nd Shift Qualifications:
- Experience in a construction assembly environment using hand and power tools
- Ability to work in a non–climate-controlled environment.
- Capability to lift 75lbs., move, and stack materials as needed.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn).
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
