Project Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
70,000.00 to $ 85,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Supervise daily construction operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for on-time completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth project execution.
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project documentation and tracking.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management or project supervision on active job sites.
- Proficiency in construction management software: ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and conduct quality control inspections.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
