Leasing Agent Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Greet prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, and highlight key community features.
- Manage applications, lease agreements, and renewal processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain strong resident relationships by addressing questions, concerns, and service requests professionally.
- Track occupancy, follow up on leads, and support marketing efforts to meet leasing goals.
Leasing Agent Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a leasing agent or in a similar property management role. Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage applications, leasing software, and documentation with accuracy.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work weekends or evenings as needed.
- Current resume, required.
- 1-2 years experience, required.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
