Contract Billing Assistant Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
•Contract and invoice set up•Maintain customer database•Assist with property tax•Assist with billing meetings•Answering phones•Accounting and prior billing experience required•Word and Excel knowledge•Professional phone and people skills•Detail oriented•Dependable and trustworthy•Self-motivated•Non-smoking office
Contract Billing Assistant Qualifications:
Experience in billing, invoicing, or administrative work involving contracts or financial documentation.
Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding billing issues.
High school diploma required; additional administrative or accounting experience preferred but not mandatory.
