Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Process goods received and goods issued through SAP
- Maintain container and trailer information using the yard management system
- Resolve customer product or service issues efficiently
- Keep customer records and paperwork accurate and up-to-date
- Update order status and logs using Google Sheets
- Flexibility to help cover other shifts when needed
- Assist Operations with distributing work when directed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP (order processing, inventory, or logistics preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
