Coordinator

Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

The Project Coordinator will fulfill customer requirements in a temperature controlled 3PL warehouse environment with safety and quality in focus. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Orders are system driven, work is distributed by the coordinator, then audited shipped to the customer. Rolling stock background is not a requirement but encouraged. Coordinator reports to the Area Manager in the Projects Department. Managing personnel issues, including discipline, are the responsibility of said Manager. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Lead and support a team of 4–5 employees (disciplinary matters handled by Area Manager).
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers via email and meetings.
• Utilize SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) at a basic level (training provided).
• Support warehouse production when needed to ensure operational success.
• Promote and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
