Elwood Staffing is hiring a Garden Crew Member in Longview, TX! 40 hours per week, must work Saturday and Sunday and will get 2 days off during the week $14-15/hr!

Garden Crew Member- Yard Hand Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 to $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( 08:00am to05:00pm )
- 40 hours a week
- Store open Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm
- Two weekdays off (weekends required unless coverage is lost)
- Maintenance role, ideal for someone who likes variety, flexibility, and hands-on work
- Unloading trucks, loading/unloading materials for customers, potential tractor training, and general physical tasks
Garden Crew Member- Yard Hand Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (mulch, soil, pottery, etc.)
- Welding and mechanical/preventative maintenance knowledge are a plus (but not required
- No plant/soil knowledge needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
