Quality Control Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
- Use measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, and tape measures to verify accuracy.
- Document inspection results, non-conformances, and deviations clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Maintain detailed records and quality logs for audits and internal reporting.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards before shipment.
- Conduct re-checks, re-inspections, or follow-up testing as needed.Assist in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
Quality Control Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED; technical degree or trade certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection—preferably in electrical equipment, switchgear, or power distribution manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical inspection methods.
• Experience with handheld tools, gauges, multimeters, torque wrenches, and test equipment.
