Industrial Painter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as needed
- Mix, match, and apply paints, coatings, and finishes using spray guns or related equipment
- Operate painting tools, spray booths, sanders, and safety equipment per company procedures
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, coverage, and overall quality
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and handle chemicals and materials properly
- Follow detailed work orders and production schedules to meet deadlines
- Perform touch-ups, refinishing, or rework as required
- Maintain and calibrate painting equipment to ensure optimal performance
Industrial Painter Qualifications:
- 2+ years of prior industrial, automotive, or manufacturing painting experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
