General Labor
Entry-Level General Labor positions available in Litchfield on 2nd shift. This role includes part finishing, light assembly, and working on the powder coat line.

General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 11:30am to10:00pm )
- Perform part finishing duties such as sanding, grinding, or cleaning metal parts.
- Assist with basic product assembly using hand tools or simple equipment.
- Hang, prep(wash), and paint application on the powder coat line.
General Labor Qualifications:
- No previous experience required – training provided.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail.
- Steel Toes Required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
