Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 11:00am to07:30pm )
- Works with other department positions to provide an efficient, accurate, and pleasant customer service experience
- Acts as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in the administration of accounts
- Verifies on-hand inventory is sufficient to cover shipping orders
- Interacts with drivers and completes customer paperwork as product is shipped or received
- Responds promptly to emails, inquiries, and complaints in a courteous manner
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Word and Excel experience
- Google Apps experience
- Problem solving skills
- Friendly tone and good communication over email, in-person and over the phone
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
