Team Lead Details:
Temporary position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Oversee the inspection process, responsible for the laborers and the inspection of products for the assigned tables
- Must lead by example, be organized, and practice good housekeeping in all areas
- Ensure all employees work safely and in accordance with company health and safety procedures
- Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time
- ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of job
Team Lead Qualifications:
- 2+ years of leadership experience, shown clearly on a current, up-to-date resume.
- Experience supervising or guiding inspection or production teams.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection processes and standards.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
