Maintenance Worker Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings.
- Tape, mud, and sand drywall seams and joints to prepare for finishing.
- Repair damaged drywall as needed.
- Apply primer and paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching holes or cracks.
- Protect furniture, flooring, and adjacent surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape.
- Ensure clean and safe work areas throughout the project.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Maintenance Worker Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a drywall installer and painter (2+ years preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or instructions to determine job requirements.
- Proficiency in taping, mudding, and sanding drywall.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and surface preparation.
- Skilled in using drywall tools (e.g., utility knives, tape measures, t-squares, drywall saws) and painting equipment (e.g., rollers, brushes, sprayers).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
