Team Leader Plastic Injection Molding Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Coordinates the daily activities of the press/work cell team and is responsible for the safe, efficient, quality conscious operation of the press/work cell teams.
- Motivate and lead the efficient production of the associates within the press/work cell.
- Ensuring all operators understand their work instruction.
- Set cells up for job changes ensuring associates have all tools needed to complete their jobs.
- Training of associates and documenting operator level of proficiency.
Team Leader Plastic Injection Molding Qualifications:
- 3+yrs Manufacturing or Production Supervisor Role
- Plastic Injection Molding Experience Preferred
- Ability to Lead a Team
- Previous Experience in Press Work
- Previous Experience in Quality Position
- Effective Communicator
- Great Attention to Detail
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be Able to Work Overtime and Weekends As Needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
