Manufacturing Operator
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for applying proprietary modified polyurea coating technology to tank bases in accordance with industry standards and company specifications. This role involves working in a manufacturing plant environment, collaborating with team members to ensure the efficient and precise application of coatings to enhance product durability and aesthetics.

Manufacturing Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
- Prepare product for coating by cleaning with high pressure air. Operate coating equipment such as spray guns, rollers, or other application tools while wearing a full-body suit and face mask.
- Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to chemical drums.
- Apply coatings to products, ensuring uniform coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor coating process parameters and adjust as needed to meet quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot and address issues related to coating application, equipment malfunctions, or product defects.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, ensuring safe handling of materials and products.
- Maintain and clean coating equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to meet production schedules and quality target
Manufacturing Operator Qualifications:
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of coating materials, application techniques, and industrial best practices.
- Must be able and willing to wear a full body suit with face mask.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
