Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 02:30pm to11:30pm )
As our Production Lead, you’ll help manage daily production operations, train team members, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure production goals are met. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves leading by example and keeping teams aligned and productive
Production Lead Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and team communication
- Ability to read SOPs, follow instructions, and complete documentation
- Experience leading teams or projects strongly preferred
- Food/drug manufacturing experience a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
