Business Development Sales Rep Details:
Direct Hire position- $
80,000.00 to $ 120,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a deep understanding of the wood products industry and companies capabilities
- Identify, pursue, and follow up on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with customers and sales engineers to create accurate scopes of work
- Prepare, present, and support proposals throughout the sales cycle
- Assist with marketing initiatives and represent the company at trade shows
- Identify and qualify prospective customers, generate leads, and close sales
- Negotiate pricing and terms; prepare and deliver sales agreements
- Organize and maintain leads, proposals, and customer activities in the CRM
- Travel extensively to visit customers and support sales efforts
Business Development Sales Rep Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to climb plant access ladders and safely work in industrial environments
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time domestically and internationally with valid passport
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
