Office Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.67 to $ 28.50 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to01:00pm )
- Oversee administrative functions
- Coordinate Provider schedules
- Handle HR functions including onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, manage payroll process
- Front Desk & Patient Support
- Billing, Coding & Claims Management
- Other duties as assigned
Office Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or mental health clinic
- Proficiency in SimplePractice or similar software
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing procedures & insurance verification
- Experience with medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and billing best practices
- Excellent administrative skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
