Customer Service Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Customer Service Representative
- You will be point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues via phone and email.
- This position will require to listen to concerns and provide effective solutions.
- You will answer phones, respond client's request online.
- Process and track customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure comprehensive and timely resolution of customer issues.
Customer Service Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills
- Great Customer Service
- High School Diploma/ GED
- You must submit an updated resume
