Branch Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all operational processes.
- Review the billing edit list daily to ensure correct and complete billing.
- Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor, oversee, and reconcile inventory counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Provide backup support to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt, effective resolution.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and related issues.
Branch Lead Qualifications:
- High school diploma (GED or High School Equivalency Certificate) required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of all branch roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- NetSuite ERP system experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
