Inside Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Receive customer inquiries, assess needs, and prepare accurate quotes and sales orders
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure proper materials, drawings, and timelines
- Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up, product support, and clear communication
Inside Sales Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service in a technical field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal and external teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency preferred
- Experience with plastics, fiberglass, or basic mechanical assemblies is a plus
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
