Production/Kitting Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
The Production/Kitting Associate plays a key role in supporting manufacturing and assembly operations by accurately gathering components, preparing kits, and ensuring production lines remain supplied and efficient. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work at a steady pace, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Production/Kitting Qualifications:
- Pull, count, and organize components according to work orders or BOMs.
- Create complete, accurate kits for production, packaging, assembly, or distribution.
- Verify accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and labeling before kitting.
- Replenish kit components as needed to support ongoing production.
- Production Support Assist with basic assembly, packaging, sealing, or labeling tasks as required.
- Stage materials for production lines to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ months experience in production, kitting, assembly, or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 30–50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
