Industrial Mechanic Details:
Direct Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Industrial Mechanic Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.
- Experience with field service work, including on-site repairs and installations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Note: Industrial electrician experience is preferred but not required.
- Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary mechanical skills.
- Good driving record and valid driver license (MVR will be required). •
- Mathematical ability and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to solve problems, read drawings and written instructions.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and customer relations skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
