Electrical Assembler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
Key Responsibilities:
1. Panel Assembly:
- Assemble control panels according to engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Install components such as PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and other electrical devices.
2. Wiring:
- Perform wiring and interconnection of control panels as per wiring diagrams.
- Strip, crimp, and terminate wires accurately.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct functional tests on control panels to ensure proper operation.
- Verify that all panels meet safety standards and customer requirements.
Electrical Assembler Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- • 3 – 6+ years in a technical manufacturing position.
- • Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing, engineering, or related field (preferred, not required).
- • Must be able to work consistently from 7am – 4pm
- • Knowledge and experience operating a computer and software.
- • Knowledge and experience of electrical wiring and crimping skills, small to large wire gauge and cable assemblies.
- • Knowledge and experience of electrical soldering.
- • Knowledge in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, as well as wire assembly drawings.
- • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly drawings.
- • Knowledge of wire gauges, types of wires, and color of wires.
- • Complete knowledge and experience operating a computer and software.
- • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously.
