Block Mold Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 02:00pm to12:30am )
- Operate and monitor block molding machinery to produce high-quality polyiso blocks.
- Load raw materials and prepare molds according to specifications.
- Inspect finished blocks for quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any equipment or process issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
- Maintain excellent attendance; punctuality and reliability are critical for this role.
- Be flexible with schedule; work hours may change based on production needs.
Block Mold Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, molding, or production operations is a plus.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Consistent attendance and reliability are required.
