Elwood Staffing is seeking skilled Class A CDL Equipment Operators for a leading global energy technology and oilfield operations company located in Horseheads, NY.

Equipment Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport equipment to and from job sites
- Assist with rig-up/rig-down and operation of field equipment
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain DOT-compliant logs
- Support field service technicians and supervisors in daily operational tasks
- Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Work extended hours, overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed
Equipment Operator Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record - tanker and hazmat endorsements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in outdoor and rugged field conditions
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
