Assistant HR Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide day to day administrative support to the HR Department as well as other departments as needed.
- Handley general office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Assist with misc. payroll processing duties as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person/department.
Temporary assignment with valuable HR experience
Assistant HR Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR administration or office administration preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skill
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
