Maintenance Technicians

Maintenance Technicians Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $28.00 to $36.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:30pm)

6am-6:30pm Rotation Schedule (2 days on, 3 days off etc) 

$28-36/hour depending on experience 

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Install, repair, and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, robotics, and automated systems
• Conduct equipment diagnostics using meters, gauges, PLC interfaces, and other diagnostic tools
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work orders
• Perform routine inspections to identify wear, safety risks, and potential equipment failures
• Calibrate and adjust machine components to ensure proper operation and product quality
• Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time
• Support equipment changeovers, setups, and process improvements
• Maintain safe working conditions by following OSHA and company safety procedures
• Assist with facility maintenance, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and building repairs
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues quickly and improve machine reliability
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, TPM, etc.)
