Quality Inspector
We are looking for EXPERIENCED Quality Inspector to check quality of incoming and outgoing material and products. This person will be an advocate of quality. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and be reliable and committed to the processes. Knowledge and comprehension of quality workmanship standards is essential. The goal is to ensure that our products are processed with flawless materials. With well-functioning equipment that meets our customer’s high standards.

Quality Inspector Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.
- Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
- Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.)
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and various gauges to ensure correct dimensions.
- Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
- Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that doesn’t meet requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager
Quality Inspector Qualifications:
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in quality control.
- Knowledge of labeling requirements.
- Good analytical and creative problem solving.
- Ability to use tools and techniques to perform inspection.
- Ability to read technical data and specifications.
- Must be knowledgeable with using Micrometers and Calipers
- Computer Literacy SAP/WMS experience preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
