Sandblaster/Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30am )
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sandblaster. No prior sandblasting experience is required — we will provide full training. This role involves preparing and cleaning metal surfaces using sandblasting equipment, supporting general shop tasks, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Learn to operate sandblasting equipment safely and effectively Prep, clean, and finish metal surfaces assist with material handling and general shop duties maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures. Willingness to learn and follow instructions, Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work
Sandblaster/Helper Qualifications:
Learn to operate sandblasting equipment safely and effectively.
Prep, clean, and finish metal surfaces.
Assist with material handling and general shop duties.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
