CNC Saw Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Operate horizontal band saws to cut materials to specified lengths.
- Set up and adjust CNC equipment, including feed and speed settings based on material type.
- Sand, deburr, and finish cut materials to meet quality standards.
- Use a forklift to load/unload deliveries and verify incoming materials for correct type and quantity.
- Organize and stack materials in warehouse racks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area around machines and equipment.
- Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance to ensure proper operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to perform accurate cuts.
- Use measuring tools, including calipers and tape measures to verify dimensions.
CNC Saw Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating saws, CNC equipment, or similar machinery preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure).
- Forklift experience required; certification a plus.
- Comfortable lifting 50–100 lbs regularly when loading machines.
- Strong understanding of material types and their characteristics.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work productively with others.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
