1st Shift Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate assigned production machinery safely and efficiently
- Load materials, monitor machine output, and ensure parts meet specifications
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
1st Shift Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable with standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
