Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Customer Service Rep - The CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, work closely with Sales Reps, enter orders for same day shipping, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy & efficiency. Provide excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Superior Customer Service experience in an administrative setting required
- Administrative support experience required
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to work individually and with a team required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
