Seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join 2nd Shift!

Electro-Mechanical Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 34.00 / hour Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment servicing.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Install, adjust, rebuild, or replace parts, motors, conveyor systems, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, relay logic, and wiring diagrams.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, HMIs, and control systems.
- Perform calibration of control equipment and utilize diagnostic tools (multimeter, megger, amprobe, etc.).
- Diagnose unexpected breakdowns and perform efficient repairs under pressure.
- Maintain clean, organized areas (Electrical Room, PLC Room, Maintenance shop).
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, and vendors.
- Follow GMPs, OSHA, NFPA, and NEC safety standards and all company safety policies.
- Identify and recommend process or equipment improvements.
- Assist other technicians and support production when needed. Complete work reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Electro-Mechanical Technician Qualifications:
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to install and repair 3-phase power systems, motor controls, panel boxes, power distribution, and wiring.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
- Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
- Skilled in using diagnostic and test equipment.
- Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment.
- Works well independently and under pressure.
- Apprenticeship or industrial maintenance training is a plus.
