23.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift
Mechanical Assembler2nd Shift Mon - Fri 1pm-930pm$22/hrPPE: Steel toed bootsDresscode: Jeans T Shirt Steel Toes no sweats, leggings or shorts.Lunch: 30 minutesDuties: Building and assembling of mechanical power boxes. Experience required: prior mechanical assembly, strong working knowedge of hand tools and power tools, ability to read blueprints, must be able to lift 50lbs+ throughout an 8-hour shift•ALL OF TECH I RESPONSIBILITIES •INDEPENDENT ASSEMBLY OF MEDIUM-COMPLEXITY ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SYSTEMS •READ AND INTERPRET ENGINEERING DRAWINGS, WIRING DIAGRAMS, AND SCHEMATICS •PERFORM LIGHT TROUBLESHOOTING AND BASIC MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL REWORK •CONDUCT IN-PROCESS INSPECTIONS FOR PART ORIENTATION, CORRECT WIRING, AND TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS •ADHERE TO UL MANUFACTURING STANDARDS AND SUPPORT TESTING/QA FUNCTIONS IDEAL BACKGROUND: •2+ YEARS OF ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE
Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of mechanical assembly experience or relatable experience required
- Ability to read blueprints
- Prior experience with power tools and hand tools
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 50+lbs
- *This position location is NOT bus accessible*
