Machine Operator / production finish Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial production environment preferred.
- Hands-on experience with finishing processes such as sanding, grinding, deburring, or surface preparation is highly beneficial.
- Experience operating production machinery (manual or CNC) used to shape, cut, or finish metal components.
Machine Operator / production finish Qualifications:
- Ability to learn fundamental machining concepts and demonstrate proficiency in using measuring devices.
- Must be physically able to handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components.
- Requires average math skills, with the ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English.
- Work closely with other team members, including supervisors, to optimize production processes and implement improvements.
