Shop Aluminum TIG Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
• Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum parts and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
• Fit, align, and tack weld components with precision
• Inspect finished welds to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, and supervisors to meet production goals
• Operate shop equipment and tools safely and effectively
Shop Aluminum TIG Welder Qualifications:
• 2+ years of aluminum TIG welding experience
• Strong understanding of weld symbols, measurements, and fabrication processes •
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Welding certifications preferred but not required
Must be located in Williston, ND
