Manufacturing Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
34.00 to $ 37.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
- Manufacturing Lead
- •Provide guidance and technical expertise to manufacturing technicians
- •Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, including tooling, equipment, and procedures
- •Act as a liaison between manufacturing, and other department
- •Ensure manufacturing processes comply with product specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- •Drive initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- •Develop a training plan for manufacturing technicians. Includes weekly training for technicians
Manufacturing Team Lead Qualifications:
Manufacturing Team Lead Cualificaciones:
- • Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred
- • Manufacturing experience (Building and Testing Control Panels preferred)
- • Strong leadership and communication
- • Analytical skills
- • Must be able to read schematics
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
