Lead Machinist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Supervise and support a small team of 3–5 CNC machinists.
- Set up CNC machines, operate equipment, and monitor production to ensure quality output. Inspect finished metal parts to verify accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using strong mechanical aptitude.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
Lead Machinist Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery and producing precision metal parts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
- Ability to read blueprints, follow technical instructions, and maintain quality standards.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
