Assembly Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Assemble lawn mower components such as decks, motors, handles, and wheels Use hand tools and power tools to fit, fasten, and secure parts
- Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders
- Inspect parts and finished units for quality and accuracy
- Perform functional tests to ensure proper operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report defects, equipment issues, or shortages to supervisors
- Meet daily production targets while following all safety procedures
Assembly Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to follow written and verbal assembly instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to meet production goals and deadlines
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment handling
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Forklift experience (preferred)
