Eviction Prevention Case Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.67 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00am )
- Process referrals and intakes for Eviction Prevention and HRSN benefits within required timeframes.
- Coordinate referrals with community partners to support shared participants.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure participants receive needed support.
- Stay organized with daily tasks to support smooth program operations.
- Track activities, outcomes, and prepare required reports.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet program goals.
- Assist with additional eviction prevention activities as needed.
Eviction Prevention Case Manager Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree with relevant emphasis and at least 2 years’ experience coordinating State/Federally funded programs. Equivalent experience in a similarly complex environment may be substituted for the education requirement.
- At least 3 years of experience working with vulnerable populations or similar experience in evaluating the eligibility for households and linking them to appropriate resources in order to meet identified needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations using empathy, tact, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills (Microsoft Office and web-based tools).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
