Eviction Prevention Case Manager Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $19.67 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00am)
  • Process referrals and intakes for Eviction Prevention and HRSN benefits within required timeframes.
  • Coordinate referrals with community partners to support shared participants.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure participants receive needed support.
  • Stay organized with daily tasks to support smooth program operations.
  • Track activities, outcomes, and prepare required reports.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet program goals.
  • Assist with additional eviction prevention activities as needed.

Eviction Prevention Case Manager Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree with relevant emphasis and at least 2 years’ experience coordinating State/Federally funded programs. Equivalent experience in a similarly complex environment may be substituted for the education requirement.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with vulnerable populations or similar experience in evaluating the eligibility for households and linking them to appropriate resources in order to meet identified needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations using empathy, tact, and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills (Microsoft Office and web-based tools).
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
