QC Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 40.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Oversee all quality control and quality assurance processes within the facility
- Maintain and improve quality systems, documentation, and compliance standards
- Lead the quality team and provide coaching, training, and daily support
- Conduct audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for quality issues
- Partner with production, engineering, and leadership to resolve defects and prevent recurrence
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure all products meet customer, regulatory, and internal specifications
- Manage nonconformance reports, corrective actions, and quality metrics
- Communicate quality updates and performance results to management
- Support a culture focused on accuracy, safety, and consistent product excellence
QC Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems
- Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to coach and guide a quality team
- Proficient with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and control plans
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance and product standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
