Plant Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and machinery adjustments
- Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial components
- Complete maintenance work orders and document all repairs accurately
- Collaborate with production teams to identify maintenance needs and support daily operations
- Perform facility maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, and general upkeep as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain a clean, organized work area
Plant Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic understanding of PLCs (troubleshooting experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety and proper maintenance procedures
- Reliable transportation and ability to work assigned shift (including overtime if needed)
