Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Perform daily repairs and general maintenance throughout the townhome community
- Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Handle preventive maintenance to keep units and common areas in top condition
- Prepare units for new residents (turns and make-ready work)
- Respond to resident service requests quickly and professionally
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept grounds and facilities
- Assist with minor carpentry, painting, and cosmetic repairs
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards
- Work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience in residential, apartment, or property management settings
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete general maintenance tasks independently
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize daily tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance duties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work assigned schedule and occasional on-call needs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
