Human Resources Specialist Details:
Contract position- $
22.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR, payroll, and benefits questions from employees and contractors.
- Assist with entering payroll and HR-related data into Workday/UKG while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, employee record updates, attendance, and administrative tasks.
- Help employees navigate HR systems, troubleshoot login issues, and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Maintain organized employee files and ensure integrity of HRIS data across departments.
Human Resources Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred, with 0–3 years of HR or related experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, Kronos, or similar platforms.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively, and navigate basic analytical/system tasks.
